**Lead AI/ML Engineer - UK hybrid (Birmingham / London) - Perm - £80k - 115k per annum**

Powerhouse in the data consultancy space is seeking a hands-on Lead AI/ML Engineer to join their growing team. Join a fast paced, high performing and top tech environment working on the best AI / ML projects the market has to offer.

You will be responsible for both leading projects and a team of talented AI / ML engineers. This role with require you to liaise with clients as well as upskill your team to reach new heights in the data space.

We are looking for the best of the best Managers in the Data consultancy space with the right to work in the UK

**Essential Experience required of aLead AI/ML Engineer in this role**:

- Extensive experience in coding using**:SQL, Java, Spark, Python, Apache, Scala, Kafka, Hadoop, ETL and CI/CD pipelines**
- Proven track record in leading teams of AI/ML engineers
- Experience and technical ownership of architecture, product planning and user story/requirement creation.
- Mentoring and coaching members of your team and wider community.
- Experience with major machine learning frameworks, languages and NLP frameworks. (TensorFlow / Scikit-Learn / Spark etc)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to speak to technical and non technical stakeholders
- Experience in cleansing, filtering and refactoring complex data
- Debugging and troubleshooting
- Cloud platforms knowledge is required**:AWS / AZURE - both SaaS and PaaS**
