Based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire our client is looking for an experienced Self Billing Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.
This job would suit someone with previous experience of working within a high-volume transaction business. Some reconciliation experience is beneficial.
The company are experts in their industry and they have a great reputation within their industry and have plans to grow the business significantly over the coming years.
The successful individual will have strong communication and confidence dealing with the Senior Leadership, Operations, Finance and marketing Teams.
Excellent English and writing skills are essential. They will have good time management skills, the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure. For this role you will need to be IT competent with good Excel skills including knowledgeof Pivot tables, previous knowledge of Sage is an advantage but not essential.
- Responsible for the self-billing processes across our client base in order to maintain correctness and completeness.
- Responsible for managing billing queries, these will range from simple to complicated queries.
- Support the on boarding of new clients in relation to self-bill processes and controls.
- Monitor client self
- billing files to ensure all is received on time and in full, perform initial validation and processing of correct invoices.
- Explore ways of improving the self-billing reconciliation and query management via automation.
- Actively manage all mismatches and issues identified with client self
- billing files.
- Investigate reasons for failed self-billing, identify and report on trends and process where possible.
- Support the Credit Control team to achieve dynamic collection and debt targets.
