**The role**

This is a significant and influential position, where you will play a key ambassadorial role. Using outstanding interpersonal skills, credibility, personal presence and influence, you will engage effectively with our stakeholders to drive positive change.

You will bring innovation and vision to the role, together with a successful and strong track record gained in a senior position. With considerable expertise in setting the future direction of an organisation, you will have demonstrable experience of leadingand inspiring cross functional teams. This includes motivating people to think well, be creative, and challenge the status quo.

Overseeing high performing teams covering finance, people, culture, governance, technology, insight and business planning, you will demonstrate intellect, vision and determination to lead the way and get things done.
