Our client, a global Engineering leader,are seeking a mobile shift-based Engineer to join their Engineering Team to work on planned maintenance and reactive breakdown repair of specialist printing equipment for the South East.

**Skills**
- Electrical/Mechanical qualification, Apprenticeship.
- Experience carrying out fault finding on electrical circuits (inc. single phase HV kit)
- Mechanical maintenance experience essential (motors, gears, encoders, bearings, clutches, etc.)
- **Control systems knowledge and understanding very useful**:

- Previous experience of PLCs advantageous
- Experience in Datcard products (Media importers & scanners) and printer equipment would prove very useful

**Duties also include;**
- Assistance in installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Fault finding and root cause analysis
- Ensuring adherence to manufacturer's specifications and other regulatory bodies

You will be required to work on rotating early - late shifts. The site operates on a 2-shift Monday to Friday basis. Weekend flexibility (rotating Saturday morning shift). A requirement to work night shift (when required) will also form part of the role.

The position will initially be reporting into Wembley head office, moving to a field service role after training.
