**FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER - BASIC SALARY £30,000 OVERTIME & CALL OUTS - ESSEX, HERTFORDSHIRE**

Our client is a water treatment specialist company who offer reverse osmosis and water softening plants to clients across a varied customer base. They are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
- Basic Salary of £30,000 plus Overtime and Call outs.
- Mobile phone and company vehicle provided.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday (40-hour week).
- Full-time, Permanent Position.
- Based in Essex or Hertfordshire area.

Your role as a Field Service Engineer will include:

- Carry out the Service, Maintenance and Installation
- Planned visits and Emergency Breakdown Callouts.
- To attend site at regular intervals throughout the duration of the client’s contract and service the equipment in accordance with their Service Agreement.
- To complete Service Reports and submit to Operations Manager.
- To feed back to Operations Manager any issues highlighted by the client at the time of your visit, always maintaining good levels of Customer Service.

Experienced Required:

- Plumbing experience necessary.
- Electrical experience advantageous, but not necessary.
- A good understanding of Reverse Osmosis, Water Softening Technology and Process Plant Engineering
- Full, clean and in date driving license
- Have a clean DBS check completed
- Good organisational Skills and the ability to work to deadlines
- Good customer communication skills
- Work well on own initiative but also as part of a team
