**JOB OVERVIEW**

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Junior Graphic Designer who has a passion for creativity in both digital and print media with excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.

Working as the Junior Graphic Designer you will join the Creative Team within the company’s Marketing Department where you will be working on packaging design, infographics, social content, retail point of sale, web assets / content and much more acrossall brands.

As the Junior Graphic Designer you will work individually and as part of a team to develop your creative ideas for campaigns. You will also work with the Creative, Brand and Web Teams on larger scales projects to achieve the best outcomes within the productiontimelines.

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**

As the Junior Graphic Designer you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:

- An excellent knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Be able to provide creative solutions to marketing problems through design
- Ability to take on briefs and explore creative ideas in response
- Have excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills
- Have impeccable attention to detail
- Be self-motivated with excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work to tight timescales and deadlines with a pragmatic approach to workload
- Be able to manage several projects simultaneously
- Have previous commercial experience

**Good to have (but not essential)**:

- An active interest in outdoor activities
- Experience of photography/video creation
- Experience using Adobe After Effects
