If you’re a Designer with an agency background and are looking for a new opportunity to express your skillset through a variety of different projects, we may have the role you’ve been looking for. You would be joining an exciting and fast-paced advertisement agency, working with big brands across F&B, ecommerce, tech, fashion and more. Recently picking up exciting business with Lamborghini, The Side Men, German Donner Kebab and other major brands. This is a really forward-thinking agency with a digital focus, venturing into new and exciting spaces like NFT’s and Metaverse, as well as some of your more traditional brands.

The agency owns multiple studios which each operate within their own expertise and markets. You will be supporting each, keeping your work diverse and interesting.

**About the Role**

The role demands an experienced problem solver who has previously covered a variety of design areas, including Communication Design, Brand Identity, Editorial Design, Environmental Design and Information Graphics.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an industry leading team and work with a variety of interesting clients and projects. You will be comfortable managing and operating the entire design process, from research, to inspiration gathering, brainstorming, defining strategy, developing concept, presenting, refining, and executing. Coming in at a mid-weight level, there is the opportunity to coach and develop more junior team members.

**Responsibilities**
- Using various styles and techniques during design creation.
- Developing graphic assets through working within a team of in-house designers and illustrators.
- Pushing the company’s heritage of innovation and unique brand imagery.
- Management of multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to the organisation’s creative goals.
- Knowledge of brand identity systems, such as logos, typography, colour, illustration, photography, video, sound, animation, and standard guidelines.
- Brand implementation using graphic design for office environments, tradeshows, consumer events, packaging, exhibitions, handbooks and publications.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 Years’ experience within the design industry in an agency setting.
- Strong professional design experience within design studios, creative agencies or in-house teams.
- Strong experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills while working with various company departments.
- Experience of training and mentoring team members.
- Innovative and creative work approach with the ability to design original content.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to present projects to customers and clients as well as adapt to briefs.
- A proactive approach to idea creation and workflows.
- Experience using a wide range of styles.
