Butler Rose are proud to be partnered with a fantastic organisation in the Kendal area who are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger on a permanent basis. This vacancy has arisen due to company growth so would suit someone who thrives when working in a fastpaced environment.
**Your new role as Purchase Ledger**:
Reporting directly to the Group Management Accountant, your duties will include:
Matching and batching of supplier invoices.
Posting invoices onto the accounting software.
Identifying and resolving any discrepancies prior to payment.
Raising monthly payment runs via internet banking and issuing remittances to suppliers.
Managing the Group's Purchase Order System.
Completing supplier statement reconciliations to ensure all invoices have been received.
Assisting in the implementation of Group wide supplier contracts and accounts.
Any other adhoc purchase ledger and wider Finance tasks as required.
At least 1 years Purchase Ledger experience essential.
Strong skills in Excel and computer literate.
Able to prioritise and work under pressure.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Salary up to £25,000
35 days holiday (inc. Bank Holidays)
