We are seeking an experienced Faculty Tutor

**The role**:

- Providing an outstanding classroom and/or live online experience to the learners
- You will inspire them to succeed and achieve excellent learning and assessment outcomes
- Training learners in either AAT, ACCA, ACCA, CIMA, CTA, ATT
- Delivering courses in accordance with product guidelines (e.g timetables, breaks, session lengths, content, materials used) and to the required standards
- Utilise the latest classroom technologies for face-to-face and online courses
- Build up an effective rapport with the learners
- Request and ensure capture learner feedback via online surveys, and meet the specified feedback KPIs
- Respond to queries and provide support to learners, ensuring availability and access at appropriate times
- Ensure learners have access to the correct study materials, liaising with the student experience team where necessary
- If not already achieved, they will put you through the level 5 Teaching qualification in the first 18 months of employment
- Lesson plans are already prepared, but can make input into those

**Essential Skills for the role**:

- Relevant professional accounting qualification (exam qualified suffices for some qualifications) if not a Tutor or Lecturer currently
- Ability to communicate and present with confidence, clarity, and purpose
- Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm

**Salary and Benefits**
- Salary £46,066 to £49,704 per annum base salary, which includes 140 days per annum unsociable hours which is some evenings and some weekends, time off in the week
- Potential to earn an extra £3K to £9K per annum on top of the above salary for 3rd faculty role/duties helping in other departments
- Day time hours are either 9am to 5.30 pm or 9am to 4.30 pm
- Evenings would be 6pm to 8.45pm
- Weekends would be one day (not both days)
- Daily premium for over 140 days unsociable is £355
- Premium for days 16+ of anti social teaching £230
- **Maximum current salary unless CTA qualified in £63,644 for the Tutor role**:
