**Part Time, 25 hours per week**

**What Will You Be Doing?**
- Support customers to live independently, providing advice, delivering training and activities, and promoting equality and inclusion.
- Maintain accurate and secure records, ensuring compliance with GDPR and providing timely, relevant information to customers and colleagues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and agencies to support joint initiatives and community engagement.
- Contribute to effective service delivery, including tenancy management, team support, and continuous improvement through feedback and innovation.
- Take ownership of personal development, act with integrity, and provide flexible support to colleagues when needed.
- Commit to a qualification and complete all coursework and assessments.
- Take part in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Applicants must have a minimum of four GCSEs or equivalent at Grade 4/C or above, including Maths and English.

Please note: For apprentices aged 19 and over at the start of their apprenticeship, English and Maths qualifications are no longer a mandatory requirement in England. However, a basic assessment will still be required to ensure suitability for the course.

**Assessment Day**

**College or Training Provider**

All our apprentices are enrolled with colleges or recommended training providers who have been approved by our Learning and Development Team.

**Your Training Plan**

You will receive both on-the-job and off-the-job training over the course of your Apprenticeship, following a detailed induction and training plan. Upon successful completion, you will achieve a recognised qualification.
