We are seeking a motivated **Independent Living Team Leader** to join our team, bringing both leadership skills and housing management expertise.

As the Independent Living Team Leader, you will oversee the daily operations of sheltered housing schemes, ensuring high-quality service delivery and fostering a supportive living environment for residents. You will lead a team, providing guidance, support, and direction, while ensuring compliance with housing management policies and procedures. This role requires a proactive and empathetic individual who can balance resident wellbeing with operational efficiency.
