Due to company growth, a number of exciting opportunities have arisen for a Field Recovery Agent to join our expanding team.

**Full UK Drivers Licence is essential**

**Starting salary of £26,748 plus bonus up to £4,000 per annum**

**What you’ll be doing**
- Working within a geographic region, you will be conducting door to door visits to customers and talking to and helping people from all walks of life, who have fallen into financial difficulty
- Asking questions and listening to customers to understand their situation
- Creating and negotiating appropriate repayment plans to help customers resolve their arrears
- Updating our user friendly systems with everything you’ve done to resolve the situation
- Being responsible for managing your own workload and shift patterns by working hard at your fair customer outcomes and your efficiency and productivity levels to deliver the expected performance and company standards

**What are the skills you need?**
- Confident in speaking to people face to face and on the phone
- The ability to listen and make good decisions from what you hear
- Be good at asking questions and act upon the answers to find the best solution for our customers and our business
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage your own workload and remain motivated
- The ability to work independently (once trained) and make a positive contribution to your team

You will be working on a 40 hour contract during our operating window of Monday to Friday 8am-8pm & Saturday 9am-1pm, where you will contact and visit customers. You will determine the hours you work during this window taking into account the ‘prime hours’ requirement.
