**Overview**
G & C ALL IN ONE LTD owns and operates a **Citroën Relay Luton van with tail lift**. We are now seeking a **self-employed driver** to work in partnership with us on a **profit share basis**, fulfilling jobs from platforms such as Shiply and AnyVan.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated driver who wants flexibility and **strong earning potential without having to buy a van.**

**What We Offer**
- Company-owned **Luton van with tail lift** provided.
- Access to regular removal/delivery jobs.
- Profit-share agreement (**60% driver / 40% company**).
- Business support and admin handled by the company.

**Responsibilities**
- Safe collection and delivery of goods.
- Professional customer service.
- Loading/unloading where required.
- Covering **own fuel, Hire & Reward insurance** **and routine** **maintenance for the van**.
- Keeping the van clean and well-maintained.

**Requirements**:

- Full UK driving licence (max 6 points).
- Experience with large vans (Luton/3.5t).
- Self-employed, responsible for own tax/NI.
- Hire & Reward van insurance.
- Fit for manual handling.
- Reliable, honest, customer-focused.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £16.00-£30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
