Due to continued growth, the Private Client Team is expanding and as such they are seeking ambitious and experienced Private Client Paralegal to join them and focus on executory work.
This is an established and respected private practice, they offer interesting work, truly believe in creating a good work/life balance and encourage their teams to develop their skills and career through further training and mentorship.
Ideally, you shall have a minimum of 2 years’ previous executry experience which shall include:
Taking instructions, gathering information on the deceased’s estate, drafting, and preparing the inventory, obtaining Confirmation, realising estate assets, dealing with IHT and finalising executry administration.
It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients both face to face and over the phone.
