We are looking for two Support Workers to join our brand new 21-unit housing service based in Haringey in partnership with the **London Borough of Haringey**. You will to deliver a specialist support service for clients with multiple/complex needs, and faced with homelessness. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of **£23,304 Per Annum (incl. **The Support Worker Role:**

As a team you will work to reduce homelessness in the borough by providing intensive and long term support as well as delivering an efficient move on service. As a Support Worker you will carry a small caseload of clients conducting assessments and supportingclients in resolving barriers to their housing situation.
- This role is on a Rota basis, and the official job title is Progression Coach_

**What will ideally support your success in this role?**

You will have excellent communication skills and be committed to the values and ethos of Depaul UK.
- Ability to work with clients whose behaviour may be personally challenging
- A knowledge and understanding of Risk Assessments and Support Planning
- Ability to demonstrate clear understanding of safeguarding requirements and procedures
- Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
