We are looking for kind, fun, and proactive Support Workers to join our supported living service in Waterloo, providing support to five individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities, and/or autistic spectrum disorders within their own self‑contained apartments. Applicants should be prepared to go the extra mile to ensure that service users enjoy the highest quality of life and have opportunities to become more independent and connected to their communities. Excellent communication and team‑working skills are essential, as is the ability to promote users’ dignity, independence and well‑being. Support Worker Duties Provision of practical, emotional and behavioural support to service users Help service users with running their own homes Completing general housing management tasks, cooking and paying bills Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users Provision of personal care to service users Prior experience is not necessary as we are looking for enthusiastic, warm, engaging and creative individuals who want to make a difference to our service users’ lives. Drivers are preferred but not essential. Hours Full-time: 36 hours per weekPart-time: 21 hours per week Vacancy Reference Number 84281 Benefits Probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days leave and company-paid enhanced DBS.
