You'll be the **first point of contact** for our customers, handling incoming calls, providing helpful information, and making sure every interaction is smooth, professional, and positive.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Answering incoming customer calls and handling enquiries
- Listening carefully and providing accurate information or solutions
- Logging customer queries and updating internal systems
- Working as part of a team to meet response time and satisfaction targets
- Escalating complex issues to team leaders when necessary
- Following scripts and processes, while delivering friendly, tailored service

**What We’re Looking For**
- A calm, confident communicator with a friendly phone manner
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Able to handle multiple tasks and stay composed under pressure
- Comfortable using computers, systems, and databases
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people
- Previous call centre or customer service experience is helpful—but not essential
