We have an excellent opportunity for a full time, experienced and enthusiastic Inbound Customer service and Live chat advisor, based in our Glasgow Office.

The role is fast paced, where no two calls are the same and provides opportunity for our employees to build understanding of different patients and different procedures we offer.

Full training and support will be provided from day one to help build skills and experience that will allow you to be successful in the role.

**Within the role you will be responsible for**:

- Answering calls on behalf of our patients in a wide range of areas all over the UK responding to their inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate and complete information to patients by using the right tools, processes, and procedures.
- Identify the relevant patient contact for a caller to speak to and transfer their call through.
- Resolve patient issues in a timely manner to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Access online diaries to book and amend appointments on behalf of our patients.
- Attend training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge from time to time.
- Providing patient support and managing a high volume of chat conversations on our Live chat system.
- IT competent

**What are we looking for**:

- A confident and professional telephone manner and speaking voice.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- High proficiency in English; written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle all patients.
- Previous contact centre and customer service experience

preferred.
- Availability to work flexible hours (Includes weekends and holidays where required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £23,000.00 per year
