We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Administrator to join the CAMHS Eating Disorders Team (TEDS). In this rewarding role, you will provide administrative support to the TEDS clinicians, helping to improve the mental health and well-being of children and young people in BaNES and Wiltshire.

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday from 9-5.
As the sole administrator for the TEDS team, your primary responsibilities will include processing referrals and coordinating assessment appointments across Banes, Swindon, and Wiltshire. You will be in charge of accurately recording and updating spreadsheets and electronic patient records, handling telephone calls, and collaborating with TEDS clinicians and administrators from the CAMHS locality teams. Your role will be essential in ensuring assessments are conducted within their designated risk timeframes.
The position is based at Melksham Hospital, where you will work alongside other administrators in the BSW CAMHS Single Point of Access team. The role offers a mix of office-based and home-based work, with the option for remote working after an initial training period.

- To process new referrals in a timely manner and send these to the appropriate clinicians for referral screening. To monitor and chase
up screeners and referrals if outstanding.
- To ensure the efficient operation of allocating appointments and to process the results of the referral screening and to provide
administrative assistance in setting up initial assessments following the TEDS SOP.
- To support with administrative duties to facilitate TEDS away days, QNCC membership and TEDS groups.
- To ensure the TEDS team databases/electronic files/performance systems are accurate and kept up to date, together with data inputting as necessary.
- To work across the whole ED service to support clinicians covering the all-age ED pathway.
