If so, we would like to hear from you. We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and well-organised administrator to join the CAMHS Eating Disorders Team (TEDS), supporting the TEDS clinicians in their work.

As sole administrator for the TEDS team, your main tasks will be processing referrals and arranging assessment appointments for the team across Banes, Swindon and Wiltshire.

You will be responsible for the accurate recording and updating of our spreadsheets and electronic patient records, making and taking telephone calls and liaising with TEDS clinicians and administrators across our other CAMHS locality teams to ensure that assessments are made within their risk timeframes.

The role is based at Melksham Hospital, working alongside other administrators in the wider BSW CAMHS Single Point of Access team with a mix of office-based and some remote home-based working (after training).

- To provide effective business and administration support for the TEDS team.
- To process new referrals in a timely manner and send these to the appropriate clinicians for referral screening. To monitor and chase up screeners and referrals if outstanding.
- To ensure the efficient operation of allocating appointments and to process the results of the referral screening and to provide administrative assistance in setting up initial assessments following the TEDS SOP.
- To support with administrative duties to facilitate TEDS away days, QNCC membership and TEDS Multi-Family Therapy groups.
- To ensure the TEDS team databases/electronic files/performance systems are accurate and kept up to date, together with data inputting as necessary.
- To create 2 bi-annual TEDS Newsletters.
- To be able to run off reports, set up spreadsheets and aggregate data for reports
