**The Role and Department**
**The Role**
The focus of the role will be on the development, delivery and assessment of an MA module in Intercultural Communication and Education. The role may also include teaching on other modules, marking and moderation, academic advising, dissertation supervision and other tasks to support the delivery of the programme.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with experience of postgraduate TESOL programmes, relevant teaching and scholarship experience, and the ability to lead the module in Intercultural Communication and Education and make a positive contribution to the MA teaching team.

Teaching Fellowships offer the opportunity of valuable experience to those early in their academic careers and the University is keen to maximise the benefit to as many people as possible. The post of Teaching Fellow will involve a significant teaching load, which may extend into the summer period, and there may be related scholarship and the opportunity for administrative duties which relate to education and pedagogy.
The post is for a fixed term only, and it is not anticipated that the post will be extended beyond this fixed term.
Successful applicants will, ideally be in post by 1st November 2024, though an earlier start may be possible
