**Your Role**

As a housing administrator, you’ll be responsible for supporting the housing team with a variety of admin activity such as purchase order management, minuting contractor meetings, preparing sign up packs for customers, producing customer communications, helping to coordinate resident meetings, supporting the anti-social behaviour and allocations & lettings functions, and many more.

It’s a busy role, supporting a large team, so no two days would be the same. The long term goal for this role is to be a support role for housing colleagues so they can deliver an excellent customer service whilst you deliver an excellent administration support service.

**About you**

**Your experience - **you’ll have experience working in an housing administration role and will understand our customer base and the varying needs they may have

**Your skills - **You’ll be a confident user of IT (including the MS office suite and finance systems), will be able to work as part of a team and will be able to manage and maintain confidential records related to housing services.

**Your communication - **You may be communicating with customers as well as internal teams so will be able to adapt your style to meet the needs of the audience and will be happy to communicate in writing, on the phone and face to face.
