**Job Overview**

The role is for a supervisor to oversee the daily running of the onsite security teams at the UK's number one DIY retailers Head Office in Chandlers Ford, Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00. Guiding a team of officers, maintaining site security, and safeguarding the staff, visitors, and client's assets.

**Primary responsibilities**

Managing the core team of officers, daily briefings, on job training, post rotation and covering breaks.

Assisting the Operations Manager with safety management, Training the team and site instructions, alongside general paperwork.

Controlling access and egress to site of personnel and delivery vehicles, directing where necessary. Issuing keys and passes to permanent and visiting staff.

Concierge role, greeting staff and visitors to the building and assisting both when required.

**Job Requirements**
- SIA License
- First Aid at work (desirable but not essential)
- Confident using multiple software programs, including MS Office, Access systems, and company portals.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (essential)
- Confident communicator, with the ability to converse at all levels from visitors to senior management
- Previous security experience
- Experience running a team (essential)
