Outwood Academy Riverside is an 11-16 provision which opened in September 2020 as part of the Free Schools Programme. As part of the Outwood Grange Academies Trust, the academy provides an exceptional provision for young people in our local community, ensuring Students first: raining standards and transforming lives in the heart of Middlesbrough. Riverside is a special place to work, as there is a genuine care for each other. At the start of each academic year all students are inducted into the Riverside values program.
