**Salary (Actual Salary)**:£27,254 - £28,142 (Grade 5, SCP 9 - 11)

**Working pattern**:Monday to Friday 6:30 - 14:30 or/and 10:30 - 18:30, a split shift may be required on the odd occasion for holiday cover and flexibility for events such as parents evenings, school production etc.

In the role here at Redcar, you will work as part of a team supporting our Site Manager, ensuring the provision of a high quality learning environment is achieved throughout the academy.

**About the role**:
As a Site Supervisor, you will work as part of a team to ensure the provision of a high quality environment is achieved throughout the Academy. You will be responsible for ensuring the buildings are secure, tidy and fit for purpose, duties will include working in line with health and safety requirements to maintain the school grounds and take remedial action where hazards are identified and you will be responsible for statutory compliance checks using our CAFM System. As a Site Supervisor it will be expected of your to lead by example, evidencing a positive attitude to health and safety requirements and responsibilities.
