Competitive salary is on offer working Monday to Friday 9 - 5 pm. The firm is situated in new stunning, sustainable office space in Central Bristol. This is a fully office-based role.
The Receptionist/ Administrator role:
Reception duties which include meeting and greeting all visitors and colleagues
Monitoring switchboards, providing a positive experience for those calling in
Booking travel for colleagues
Process and distribute mail and arrange courier services
Maintaining office stationery and supplies
Coordinating meeting room bookings, ensuring requests are documented, and refreshing meeting rooms throughout the day
Carry out Building walks during the day
The ideal Receptionist/ Administrator:
Experience in a similar role is desirable, as well as very strong customer service skills
Excellent and clear communication both written and verbal
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Flexible towards change and ability to adapt quickly to changes
Excellent competency with Microsoft Office
