Pertemps Edinburgh are looking for a Perm Billing Manager to join their team.This is a fantastic role for someone looking for an opportunity to move into a manager level role with a business that can offer continued development and growth opportunities.

**The ideal person**:

- 360 recruitment agency experience, ideally in professional people recruitment however this is not essential as we are happy to hear from all successful permanent recruiters.
- Consistent, professional track record and strong billing history with experience of running a successful Permanents desk.
- You may be a Senior Recruitment Consultant looking to progress to the next level or you are already an experienced Billing Manager.
- Confident, professional and personable manner.
- Have the drive and ambition to build and keep building.
- Previous management and leadership experience.

**Typical responsibilities for a Pertemps Billing Manager are**:

- Successfully balance leadership with sound financial practice and efficient planning to develop an engaged and high performing team, who work together to achieve and maintain a successful and profitable permanent division.
- Lead by example, personally billing permanent revenue to the agreed budget.
- Strategically plan and implement yearly, quarterly and monthly commercial action plans to increase sales, profit, recruitment volume and market share.
- Manage the performance of the branch team and individuals by setting and monitoring monthly, weekly and daily targets, KPI’s and ratios.
- Work alongside the National Talent Acquisition Manager for head count growth and staff retention.
- Support the development and succession planning processes, in order to meet all current and future branch recruitment needs.
