We are looking for a **Housekeeping Supervisor** to come and join our friendly team at one of our client's sites in **Derby.**

As the **Housekeeping Supervisor**, you will be responsible for supporting the management of a busy housekeeping department. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be the key representative for our company in the hotel. It will therefore be important to maintain client and stakeholder relationships.

**Expectations**
- Consistently deliver an exceptional cleaning standard
- Ensure the Housekeeping team are motivated and performing to exceed client expectations
- Manage costs within the department so that it falls in line with the budgetary requirements
- Ensure Housekeeping complies with the hotels brand standards
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures eg Health and Safety, Hygiene and Fire safety
- To carry out any other duties that might reasonably be requested by the operations manager

**Experience**
- Housekeeping experience in a hotel setting at a Supervisor level or above
- Excellent people management skills
- The ability to motivate and build a rapport with your team
- A high level of attention to detail and demonstrating high levels of quality
- A hands-on approach is needed to support the housekeeping team
- Flexible working hours, including weekends depending on business needs.
