**Job Title**:Goods In/Out Supervisor

**Reporting To**:Site Manager

**Salary**:£13.65 per hour

**Hours**:07:00 - 15:00. Monday to Friday

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Goods In and Out Supervisor to join our Derby site.

**Your role**:
You will be responsible for the accuracy of the goods in and out processes. You will ensure that all goods received at the site are as stated and that quantity, quality and descriptions are recorded. All goods out must be inspected prior to departure and your signature will be a record that the desired standards have been met.

You will support the unloading and loading process and will do so in a safe and efficient way whilst ensuring that your team follow suit. This will include ensuring that the team adheres to company H&S procedures with regard to PPE, accident/incident reporting etc. You will also be responsible for those under your supervision, ensuring that they are trained and aware of quality standards and Standard Operating Procedures. You will develop and maintain good working relationships with team members and other supervisors, clearly communicating tasks, issues and handovers.

You will ensure that housekeeping standards are met and will create an environment where all site stock can be identified and counted with ease. This will involve carrying out daily, weekly and periodic stock checks. You will ensure that all products are delivered to the customer on time, are fit for purpose and meet the customers’ requirements.

Please note that you must be an experienced counterbalance FLT operator and hold a current FLT license.
