- Assisting the Corporate Unit in effectively communicating and implementing business policies and processes
- Ensure that healthy and safe working conditions are provided, and that the Company's and clients' health and safety policies and procedures are successfully implemented throughout the Business Unit.
- Schedule all Contract Review Meetings for all Contract Managers, Area General Managers, and Business Unit Leaders throughout the year
- Management of all QHSE online reporting
- Completion of Business Unit Review Pack each month prior to Business Unit Review (to include Hazards, SmoWP, Audits)
- On behalf of the Business Unit Leader, track all vacations and sick days for the Senior Management Team
- Ensure that any contract staffing structures are updated as needed
- Working with other operational managers to promote collaborative business development, effective teamwork, and assistance to colleagues
- Adhoc event management upon request
- Promoting and upholding RISE's basic values
- Provide guidance, advice, coaching, and assistance to all other Business Unit Coordinators throughout the company, as needed, to ensure best-practice selection, training, evaluation, and recognition/reward
- Assisting management and team meetings, briefings, consultative forums, communications, PR, monthly and ad-hoc reports, and other publications, as needed, with guidance, review, and direct contributions.
- Create a climate conducive to learning, as well as proper training and development plans.
- Ensure that basic training is provided, that personnel are completely competent in their tasks, and that they are able to attain their full potential in the future.
- Assisting the Business Unit with any sales opportunities. Providing assistance to the sales team throughout the sales process.
- Work with our Sub-contractors and Business Development Manager to secure the best price for all sales prospects by completing the Pre-Qualifying Questionnaires for the Business Unit.

**Requirements**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience is BID writing is a must
- Accurate administration of all paperwork generated at the Office level
- Highly efficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Work in a busy office environment that support office teams to ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day activities
- Find and obtain information and documents quickly
- Pays close attention to detail
- Quickly picks up on new internal systems
