Alterian is seeking a highly skilled, Technical Implementations Consultant to support success and growth in EMEA. Alterian’s Consultants provide the knowledge and expertise to translate the needs of companies into high performing, quality technical solutions that allow our customers to execute on their customer experience strategy.

To be successful, you will develop expert knowledge of all Alterian products and be established as a “trusted adviser” for customers and senior executive stakeholders.

What Technical Implementations Consultants Do:

- Work closely with customers and partners to design solution architectures, detailed designs, and configuration specifications for customers solutions.
- Implement solutions that meet customer requirements through the Alterian software suite.
- Estimate and forecast project work with the sales and implementation teams.
- Interface directly with our partner network to exchange information and learnings, enabling continued and relevant knowledge transfer.
- Provide mentorship and support for less experienced members of the technical team.
- Be commercially aware of the scope of work, highlighting risks and issues and supporting Alterian’s Program/Project Managers to ensure delivery of services within budget and in accordance with documented expectations.

**Requirements**:

- You will ideally have 5 years or more experience as a consultant delivering projects in a customer facing Professional Services role within the Digital space which may include delivery for Website, Digital Transformation, Mobile App and/or Social Media projects.
- Technically relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification or experience.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience with customer experience management, digital marketing and campaign management software and principles.
- Experience with one or more of the following would be an advantage; Java Script, PowerBi, Google Tag Manager, Google analytics, Pentaho and PowerShell.
- Experience of data modelling and data management, including ETL tools.
- Ability to write SQL queries and an understanding of how to present data in a clear way for end user reports.
- Understanding of Machine Learning techniques to improve customer experience and business performance.
- Highly professional, with the ability to communicate ideas both verbally and in writing to executive staff, business sponsors, and technical resources in clear concise language in the vernacular of each group.
- Must have full driving license and have the right to live and work in the UK.
- There is an opportunity for this role to travel both Nationally and Internationally.
