Our Technical Services Consultant
roleencompasses two main activities: Technical Consulting for both on premise andon cloud Clients, and Configuration, Deployment and Technical Monitoring forour Clients in

Working aspart of a joint Cegedim/client team, this client facing role is a mixture ofworking from home, working on client sites and at our central Bristoloffice.

What'sinvolved?

  • Provide technical consultancy to clients and inside the organisation in the deployment and usage of our software
  • Define the technical architecture for the integration of our software within Client and 3rd party strategic partners ecosystems. This includes defining Integration Strategy, completing gaps analysis, interface design, security analysis and software selection
  • Plan, implement and manage data migration activities from client existing systems / applications
  • Define infrastructure architecture for implementation projects on-premise and on SaaS for software, hardware, and network requirements
  • Participate in implementation projects, owning technical work-streams including liaison with clients on their development and infrastructure activities.
  • Understanding and supporting smooth release delivery and installations for clients
  • Deploy and Configure Actisure and IDHP releases in our cloudenvironments, using deployment and configuration tools released by the Head ofCloud
  • With the Technical Services Manager, identify theCloud and On Premise requirements for Configuration, Deployment and Monitoring tools

What are we looking for?

Strong client facingskills, a software development or deployment background in Microsofttechnologies and experience throughout the full software development lifecycle.

  • Experience of requirements gathering
  • Ability to document requirements, solutions, and infrastructure architecture design
  • Proven experience in delivery of SaaS projects includingtechnical infrastructure, environments, networks, security processes andassociated compliance / regulation with associated service offerings to supportSaaS model
  • Implemented APIsto provide a service-oriented architecture
  • Installation and configuration of services and applications on Microsoft and or Linux server/network/platforms
  • Data migration skills
  • System integration design and experience in integrating with 3rd parties
  • Security best practices and understanding of data protection issues
  • Thorough knowledge of database systems, e.g., SQL Server including T-SQL, Mongo DB
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
