CEO Roofing Industry

This exciting **construction business **are small but mighty - with big ambitions to transform the nature of **solar panel** products and how we use them in building.
They are now seeking a senior business leader, to take up the role of **Chief Executive Officer **and help build the sales and commercial strategy and drive business growth.
You'll need to be a roofing professional for this role - maybe you've worked in senior management roles within the construction industry, ideally **standing seam metal roofs**.
Someone who has worked in start-up or small business environments would be ideal, where you've defined a strategy and built a team, worked with global investors, etc.
This is a **technology-led** organisation, seeking a motivated CEO who is energised by their mission on **sustainable construction** and **modern manufacturing** techniques.
Location: you can be** anywhere in the UK** - the company's manufacturing site is in Wales, but you will be regularly **travelling nationwide** and **working from home** too.
**Salary**: this is truly **open to discussion** depending on your experience and what you'll bring to the table (hopefully an extensive network of industry contacts)
Benefits: 25 days' holiday, **car allowance and bonus** (depending on company performance - again this is negotiable)
