**Human Resources Project Lead (12-month Fixed-Term Contract)**

This Part-Time, Term-Time only, 12-month contract role, reporting to the HR Director, and working within a small HR team of 5, has come about due to the requirement for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join the team and manage the upcomingHR projects over the next 12-months. The team of 3 HRBP each look after 8-9 schools and this Project Lead role will free them up to manage other areas of HR.

This role can be offered on a flexible working arrangement, allowing you to utilise your HR Project skills in a senior level role on a part-time basis, 2-4 days a week around other commitments.

**HR Project Lead Responsibilities**

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Defining the scope and key deliverables, resources and detailed project schedule for HR Projects and HR initiatives
- Monitoring progress and providing regular updates and building strong stakeholder relationships
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget whilst supporting the aims of the organisation
- Performing risk management to minimise risks and reporting issues to the HRD
- Taking the lead on various projects from pay and benefit reviews to wellbeing, D,E & I through to recruitment and development strategies and new system implementation for example

In addition to a competitive salary of **£33,000 to £36,000 Full-Time equivalent, **the HR Project Lead will receive the following benefits:

This role has become available due to a high volume of upcoming HR projects within this supportive, family-friendly organisation, within the education sector.

**Human Resources Project Lead Experience**

To be successful in this role you will be qualified to CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent) with previous success working on HR specific projects and initiatives. You must be knowledgeable across the full HR remit in order to credibly and confidently defineproject scope and key deliverables with a consultative approach and an understanding of stakeholder requirements and resources. You will have proven and demonstrable experience of managing end-to-end HR projects within scope and budget and within deadlines,working with the HR Director and HRBPs. You will have experience of creating policies and guidance documentation, ensuring compliance with data capture and reporting, E,D&I, implementing change and engaging stakeholders and will be happy stepping away fromthe day-to-day operational HR to drive HR projects forward in a safeguarded environment. It is highly desirable that you have previous HR experience within an education setting and a good understanding of statutory processes, and procedures within the educationor multi-academy trust environment. You must have a strong and up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and best practice regarding HR policy and practice.

**Location**

This role will be worked on a flexible working pattern with
every Tuesday on-site in North Oxford
with the rest of the HR team. The remainder can be worked from home as required. There is free on-site parking available.
