We cover a range of areas across Newcastle Upon Tyne West, or North Tyneside, you will need a full UK driving licence and access to your own car for one of our senior specific roles or access to good public transport for other positions in any location.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Newcastle upon Tyne: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) in NE12 area
- Able to commute throughout Newcastle West area.

Our office provides direct services to adults with developmental disabilities, including home care and community involvement. The Support Worker is responsible for working directly with individuals under the direction of the doctor and the client care co-ordinator and is responsible for completing all duties assigned by the doctor.
**Responsibilities**:
- Be a positive and courteous presence in clients' homes, contributing to their overall well-being.
- Be a dependable and reliable worker.
- Maintain client files and records with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Gather personal and medical information about clients, as well as communicate that information to the nurses and other caretakers.
- Be knowledgeable about the concerns, needs, and lifestyles of clients and provide support.
