**Team Leader perm position**

Fusion Resources are currently looking for Team Leader for one of our reputable clients in the outskirts of York - 25 miles away

The job will involve working in a busy factory environment lead, train and develop a team of manufacturing Team Members.

**The Pay Rates**

Team Leader Grade 1 would receive **£14.18 an hour**, and **£19.85 on overtime**. Team Leaders would start on this.

Team Leader Grade 2 would receive **£17.07 an hour** and **£23.90 on overtime**. Team Leaders would need to demonstrate and meet a set of criteria to reach this level

**Experience/Qualifications Required**

Previous experience required in a similar position.

**The job role will involve**:
Responsible for maintaining Health & Safety of all personnel in area of responsibility.

Training and development of Team Members.

Training of people to Standard Work.

**The Hours**

Shifts are on a Rota including days and nights (no weekend work required).

All shifts are 12 hours 8am to 8pm or 8 am to 8pm. The shift pattern is 3 days in week 1, 3 nights in week 2 and 2 days and 2 nights in week 3.

**Salary**: £14.18-£23.90 per hour
