Interim CRM Business Analyst - Immediately Required
Venn Group is working with a leading Local Authority in London to recruit an Interim Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Business Analyst to assist in the Implementation of a Dynamics 365 CRM Solution.

The CRM Business Analyst will report to the CRM Programme Manager, who will be responsible for the successful delivery of the Customer Access Strategy programme. You will be responsible for Business Analysis tasks for the programme workstreams and, withthe Programme Manager, will ensure that the necessary outputs are delivered to the agreed time and quality required by the Programme.

**£450-500 umbrella**

**Responsibilities**:

- To assist the Council’s services with defining their existing and to-be business requirements for the Customer Access Strategy Programme.
- To assist the services to develop models for benefits realisation.
- To work with stakeholders to map the business requirements into technical IT requirements and to document these.
- To assist in the production of any required options appraisal, or assessment, and input into any recommendations to be put forward to the Programme Board.
- To liaise with the development teams during the project implementation phases.
- To develop test plans, perform testing and coordinate user acceptance tests.
- To work in an agile manner, when appropriate, (stand-ups, show and tells etc) with multi-disciplinary teams (inc. product owner, business solutions lead etc), thereby ensuring a smooth transition into the BAU environment.
- To follow existing project management office (PMO) processes and to contribute to the continuous improvement of these.
- To participate in end of project lessons-learnt reviews
- To perform/ assist with user experience (UX) research and design
- To assist with, and provide support on, any other tasks as per business requirements

**Essential Experience**:

- In-depth knowledge of ERP technologies, alongside a clear understanding of the role Data Management takes in underpinning consistently high levels of service quality
- Ability to perform highly complex work activities covering technical, financial and quality aspects
- Develops and implements policy and strategy in own specialist area and contributes to the implementation of overall ICT service policy and strategy
- Absorbs complex information and communicates effectively at all levels (including Councillors) to both technical and non-technical audiences.
