We are looking for an experienced theatre practitioner RN/ODP to join our friendly and busy operating department in a leadership role.
The main area of responsibility will be leading our colorectal/general surgical service but this is not exclusive.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop into a leadership role for a practitioner who has gained 3 years or more experience in the operating theatre environment
You will be leading a specialty surgical service and leading and supporting a team of theatre staff
You will be assisting the Theatre Management team in the continuing responsibility for the management of the
Department. This includes the deployment of staff, equipment, supplies and other resource
To carry continuing 24 hour responsibility for the department in the absence of the Theatre Manager or Deputy theatre Manager
