**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with their luggage or belongings as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and restrooms.
- Assist with room service deliveries and ensure that items are presented in an appealing manner.
- Reset & clean conference & events rooms
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Support hotel staff in various tasks as required, contributing to a smooth operation of services.
- Ensure that all equipment and supplies are well-stocked and organised for daily operations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective interaction with guests and staff.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required by the hotel’s operational needs.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork is vital for success in this role.

Pay: £12.75 per hour
