**Job Title: Business Analyst (Payroll & Time)**
**Location: Whitley, Coventry**
**Rate: £520 per day via an Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) or £387.53 per day PAYE**

**Employment Type: Contract (12 months)**

**Hours: Standard 40 Hours Per Week**

**Des cription**:

- Represent payroll and time for process, data and systems on the Employee Central Programme globally.
- Identify the changes to the data model for payroll and time systems as a result of adopting Employee Central Standard Data Model globally for all countries.
- Understand how HR data is used in payroll and time processes in all countries today (the AS IS).
- Identify changes that will need to be made to payroll and time systems to adopt the Standard Employee Central Solution globally for all countries.
- Identify the changes to payroll and time processes as a result of adopting Employee Central Standard Solution globally for all countries.
- Identify any changes from AS IS roles and responsibilities between HR and payroll and Time Teams as a result of adopting the Employee Central standard solution globally for all countries.
- Partner with the Employee Central Change Squad to develop start stop continue content for all regional payroll and Time Teams Partner with the Global Reward Data and Process Lead to understand changes to reward data globally and determine the impact onpayroll and time globally for all countries.
- Understand the requirements for Employee Central System Access for payroll and time resources globally for all countries.
- Build relationships with Global Payroll and Time Teams and Partner with the Change Squad to share key information on change impacts.
- Support communications and facilitate questions and answers with those teams.

**Experience Required:
Experience**:

- Experience of HR, payroll and time systems and data.
- Experience of implementing HR payroll or time systems.
- Experience of SuccessFactors Employee Central (preferred not essential).
- Experience of Resourcelink or Kronos workforce central systems (preferred not essential).**
**Additional Information**:
**This role is INSIDE IR35**
