Following a strategic review of the Essentra business, which has / will result in the sale of two major divisions, we are now looking for a highly organised Project Administrator / PA to support the HR team (internally known as the Project Grace Team) and members of the General Management Committee (GMC).

Senior Project Administrator to the team supporting the strategic disposal of the divisions, along with Personal Assistant to the Group HRD and the wider HR team will be the primary responsibility. The administrative support to the Project Grace Team will include engagement across the wider GMC team members, ensuring that all transactional elements of the project is managed in a timely, accurate and consistent manner. Project Grace is primarily driven by the Group HRD whom this role will report and support.

**Job Requirements**
- Provide confidential assistance, support, and administrative services to the Project Grace Team and other GMC members.
- Management of documents and files in the electronic data room, controlling and updating access and structure
- Complex diary management which may involve arranging internal and external meetings, compiling the agenda, preparation of material and recording of minutes.
- Book travel and accommodation in accordance with diary requirements.
- Compile data for reports and prepare presentations.
- Liaise with the UK and international HR teams regarding administration and payroll activities, ensuring that these are carried out in a timely and accurate manner
- Process leavers arrangements as advised by the Group HR Director or Project Grace Director

Raise purchase orders and complete expense reconciliation, budget management and invoice processing
