Due to ongoing growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Resourcer who will ideally have experience in recruitment or a similar sector, although this is not essential, we will always consider people from other sectors with transferable skills. - Many of your vacancies will be with our current accounts we work with, but you will also need to source your own vacancies - Supporting apprentices through the interview process, offering them advice and guidance - Ensure that the chosen apprenticeship meets the needs of the student and the employer - Attending events (for example network meetings, careers fair and schools) to widen the Qube brand at a local and national level - You'll have an experienced manager to show you the ropes and help you to grow into the role - You'll be liaising with a wide variety of people on a daily basis - clients and colleagues - You will have the opportunity to undertake qualifications within Recruitment - You'll be working for a friendly company that has strong values - You will receive a four week induction **Job Requirements**: - Recruitment experience would be desirable but it's not essential - Excellent communication skills - Ability to build and maintain relationships - English and Maths grade C/4 and above - Desirable - IAG Level 2, Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer - Car owner, as travel required regularly to Waterbeach office **In return we offer**: - 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, and after 2 years continuous service to 27 days - Opportunity to work from home 2 days a week to maintain a work life balance - Birthday leave - Perkbox - Employee Discount Scheme - Company events and competitions - Pension - Life Insurance - Internet contribution - Mileage paid at 35p per mile for business travel - Eye tests - Breakdown cover - Long service awards - employee referral bonus - Holiday purchase scheme - At Qube we are committed to promoting equality, inclusion, dignity and respect for all through our culture_ - and activities.
