**Your role with us**
Our PMO Lead will be based in the Technology function, with a key focus on managing the PMO services that govern and assure the full project lifecycle. You’ll drive the flow of management information to inform portfolio decisions and strategy, as well as maintaining records and providing reports. Other responsibility areas include portfolio services, governance adherence, performance analytics, project & portfolio health, and all levels of risk management. You’ll also be continually looking for opportunities to improve and mature the way Technology operates within Slimming World.
Your role as PMO Lead means you’ll also nurture talent, inspire excellence and set the pace for a wide range of projects as part of our exciting roadmap of developments. This really is a fantastic opportunity to help shape a team establishing a catalogue of services.
**About you**
Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills will allow you to easily build strong working relationships. You’ll enjoy fostering a flexible, collaborative working environment to support project teams to work efficiently and effectively towards their project goals and milestones. And you’ll have a natural ability to work methodically and accurately while keeping to deadlines with excellent analytical and investigatory skills.
