Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional, personalised care, with a focus on dementia and residential support. We also offer short-term respite and rehabilitation services, ensuring a comprehensive care experience. The home boasts several communal lounges, a charming on-site café, a professional hairdressing salon, a spacious dining room, and a sun-drenched room. These spaces are designed for relaxation and enjoyment, overlooking the splendid views of our gardens. Inwood House is a hive of activity - we offer an array of social opportunities, from engaging craft sessions to karaoke, arts, bingo, and our popular "knit & natter" gatherings, not to mention 'fish and chip Fridays' About the role: As a Care Assistant, you'll be part of a dedicated team providing quality care and support - this pivotal role involves: - Assisting residents in their daily living tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes. - Supporting daily activities to enhance well-being, promote choice, foster independence, and uphold dignity. - Offering encouragement and companionship by actively engaging with residents.
