**About Inwood House**:
Inwood House is a residential care home set in beautiful landscaped gardens in Horbury, just on the outskirts of Wakefield, Yorkshire.

Inwood is home to up to 50 (currently 31) residents and employs around 50 trained and experienced staff, allowing for superb, individualised dementia and residential care. Many people also stay for shorter term respite or rehabilitation stays.

The home has been lovingly extended from an original period property, and comprises majority en-suite and wet room bedrooms. There are multiple communal lounges, an on site café, hairdressing salon, dining room and sun room where residents can relax and enjoy views out over the gardens

**About the role**:
As a Care Assistant, you'll be part of a dedicated team providing quality care and support - this pivotal role involves:

- Assisting residents in their daily living tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
- Supporting daily activities to enhance well-being, promote choice, foster independence, and uphold dignity.
- Offering encouragement and companionship by actively engaging with residents.
