Job Title: Team Leader

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service and store standards
- Manage and organise store operations effectively
- Train and develop team members
- Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability
- Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail management or similar role advantageous
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Demonstrated organisational skills with attention to detail
- Experience in team management and leading a diverse workforce

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
