HR Business Partner

HR Business Partner required for a permanent in South Ayrshire.Competitive salary, benefits and a hybrid working model on offer to the successful applicant. Our client is a well-known global organisation.
Your day-to-day duties will include:

- Support Team Leaders with a full and comprehensive HR process
- Delivery of HR policies and procedures
- Support with recruitment process
- Assist Team Leaders with succession planning
- Support with the implementation of L&D programmes
- Assist with pay and compensation procedures
