It’s important to mention that you will be in a customer-facing role. Regardless of the department you join, you will be responsible for delivering fun, laughter, joy, happiness, and pure magic to the public. Our customers’ experience really is in your hands, and that’s why we’ll expect you to: - Welcome guests with warmth, positivity and friendliness - and deliver the same experience when they leave - Pro-actively interact with customers wherever possible - Display positive body language, showing energy and enthusiasm at all times - Communicate with customers using appropriate, primarily park related, small-talk - Communicate with customers with an enthusiastic, energetic, positive, friendly and warm tone of voice - Energise our customers at every opportunity - Keep queues to a minimum by working efficiently - Work safely at all times to ensure customers are confident with our health and safety procedures - Develop a broad knowledge of the park, so you can answer any customer enquires - Clean rides and workstations where necessary - We operate a zero drug and alcohol policy, and complete regular testing **Current Vacancies** Shift times vary.
