The responsibilities of this position include assisting with activities of daily living, medication management, monitoring clients' health, and keeping a detailed logbook of clients' daily activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Give emotional support to people with mental illness or cognitive disabilities.
- Monitor physical health status and make medical referrals.
- Coordinate services for patients with multiple health care providers.
- Ensure that patients follow the treatment plan or prescribed medications.
- Provide companionship for patients who have no one for social interaction.
- Manage schedule of activities for groups of patients.
- Provide assistance with daily living tasks such as bathing and dressing.
- Assist mentally ill or cognitively disabled patients to prepare meals, shop, or perform other daily tasks.

- Care Certificate/Mandatory training **(Essential)** o Autism awareness (**Essential)** o Epilepsy Awareness **(Essential)** o Buccal training (desirable).

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
