**Main Responsibilities**

What you’ll do for our customers:
As a Customer Relationship Consultant, you’ll beengaging in conversations to find out our customers’ needs, providinginformation to customers about the full range of financial products andservices that we offer. You will also engage with our customers throughour‘My Review’ appointmentswhich is a great opportunity to understand and discuss our customers financial goalsin a friendly conversation. By really listening to and getting to know our customers you’ll helpthem to review their circumstances and proactivelyidentify the mostappropriate products to suit their needs, all the while providing astraightforward, helpful service that lets your enthusiasm shine through.
In our friendly working environment, you’ll play an important part in makingthe most of every conversation with every customer, face-to-face, over thephone or virtually. So, whether you’re promoting a new product or resolving aproblem, you’ll always place ourcustomers’ needs at the heart of everythingyou do and provide a first-class service every time.
